At Essence D'Arabia, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM CST)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

3. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $90.

4. International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

5. Packaging All fragrances and oils are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

6. Delays Essence D'Arabia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at essencedarabiaus@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Essence D'Arabia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at essencedarabiaus@gmail.com before your order ships.
